DFS pride themselves in their customer care, after your initial enquiry we will carry out a survey of your premises, and discuss your specific needs. 24 Hour Monitoring Standard and Cellular Monitoring

24 Hour Monitoring - 24 hour protection, 365 days a year. Your system is connected to the PhoneWatch Monitoring Control Centre. Should your alarm be activated we will know immediately and contact the necessary emergency services.

• Highly trained emergency response personnel - Instant help at hand should an alarm be raised for burglary, fire or personal attack.

• With an alarm system monitored by Phonewatch the inclusion of an audible siren on the exterior of your premises is not absolutely necessary. The system will still comply with the IS 199 regulations whilst limiting any potential neighbourhood tensions that the inclusion of a siren may cause.
• If you don't have a phoneline in your house, monitoring can take place through your mobile phone
