| IS 218 |
The combination of DUO sensor
and modern multi-lens technology gives the IS
2180-2 a generous 180° detection zone with
an opening angle of 90°. The multi-lens has
two focusing ranges: when you turn the lens through
180°, maximum reach of about 12 m is limited
to approx. 5 m. The detection zone can also be
specifically targeted by closing off individual
lens sections using the shrouds that are provided
with the unit. 'On' time and light threshold can
be adjusted across a wide range to suit individual
needs. Maximum switching capacity with resistive
loads is 1000 W. The 90° mounts that come
with the sensor can be used to install the IS
2180-2 on external or internal corners.

| IS 300 |
The extremely large angle
of coverage, electronic reach stabilisation, comprehensive
configuration capabilities and the intelligent,
attractive enclosure concept are the distinguishing
features of this infrared sensor. Three integrated
pyro detectors sense any movement in a radius
of 300°. This means the IS 300 can even see
around corners (of buildings). The vertical opening
angle is 180°. The sensor head can be swivelled
through ± 80° for precision targeting.
Specific areas can be excluded from detection
by clipping on shrouds that are supplied with
the sensor. The electronic reach stabilisation
feature ensures that the IS 300 operates perfectly
when temperature fluctuates and the range of 12
m is achieved irrespective of the weather. The
switching capacity of this hi-tech sensor is matched
to the large detection zone: the IS 300 can cope
with up to 2000 watts without any difficulty.
This means it is also easily possible to automate
large lighting systems comprising several lights.
Using easily accessible setting controls, light
threshold and 'on' time can be varied across a
wide range to meet individual needs.

Radiant elegance - This is
effective security lighting at its best. Perfectly
integrated, the sensor reliably activates light
as and when it's needed. And it's white light
too. The blue tinted glass lens filters the warm
hues out of the halogen lamp's light spectrum
to produce a virtually white light. This the watchful
floodlight uses to turn night into day. An effective
way not only to frighten off unwanted guests but
also to accentuate areas of a property and objects
of interest in a spectacular light. The blue tinted
glass lens is something quite new in sensor-switched
halogen floodlights. It filters the halogen light
to produce a colour temperature similar to that
of daylight.

The HS 152 XENO is rated
for an output of 150 watts maximum. The HS 502
XENO is suitable for halogen lamps up to 500 watts.
These floodlights are supplied with mains-voltage
linear halogen lamps.

through 30° to optimise light cone alignment.
